Returns & Refunds Policy

At Oscar Venture, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Our Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns in the following cases:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If the product you received is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately for a return or exchange.

  • Incorrect Product: If you receive an item that does not match your order, we will be happy to arrange for a return or exchange.

Please ensure that the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used, damaged by you, or is missing its original packaging.

2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. You will need to provide your order details, and we will guide you through the return process.

If your return request is approved, we will arrange for the product to be collected, or you may be asked to ship it back to us.

3. Refund Process
Once your return is approved, we will process your refund. Since we only offer Cash on Delivery as a payment method, refunds will be issued in the form of cash at the time of product pick-up or return.

Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed once the return has been confirmed. The time for the refund to reflect may vary based on your location and other factors.

4. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Products that are used, opened, or not in resalable condition.

  • Products that were not purchased directly from Oscar Venture.

5. Exchange Policy
If you would like to exchange a product for another item of equal value, we can assist you in arranging the exchange. Please contact us for further instructions.

6. Cancellation of Orders
You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Once the order has been processed and shipped, cancellations will no longer be accepted.

7. Shipping Costs
If a return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. If the return is initiated for any other reason, you may be responsible for the return shipping costs.

8. Changes to Return and Refund Policy
Oscar Venture reserves the right to update or modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page, and the updated policy will be effective immediately upon posting.
