We offer Cash on Delivery as the only payment method for all orders. Once your order is placed, it will be processed, and we will arrange for delivery to the address you provide at checkout.

We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Our standard shipping times are as follows:

  • Within local areas: Typically delivered within 2-4 business days.

  • Outlying areas: Delivery may take up to 7 business days, depending on location.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on factors such as product availability and location.

3. Shipping Charges
At present, shipping charges are determined based on your delivery location. Shipping fees, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification with tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery. We strive to ensure that you can stay updated on your order’s progress.

5. Delivery Address
Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is accurate and complete. You are responsible for ensuring that someone is available at the address to receive the package. If the delivery is not completed due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if no one is available to accept the delivery, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

6. Failed Deliveries
If the delivery cannot be completed due to no one being available at the provided address or any other issues, we may attempt redelivery. However, additional charges for re-delivery may apply. If multiple delivery attempts fail, your order may be canceled.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. We will resolve the issue by offering an exchange or return, as per our returns and exchanges policy. Please retain all packaging and the product in its original condition to facilitate the return or exchange process.

8. International Shipping
Currently, we only offer domestic shipping within our operational regions. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
